Hello Everyone!
For a while now, I have been wanting to treat myself to some Lush goodies. Normally, I would buy a batch of bath bombs and a few bubble bars but this time I wanted to try something new.
I almost always order the items online. I really don't like going into the shop, it's not because of the scent of all the bath bombs together-I love that! I think it's because some of the shop assistants are sometimes a little pushy and always try to sell you extra products and I can't say no to them (my fault, I know) and I end up leaving with loads of items and no money.
I also love shopping from Lush online because Number one- the website is really cool and shows a short video of what happens when each bath bomb hits the water and number two- there are lots of reviews that have been left by real shoppers which is handy for when you want an honest opinion about a product/item before parting with your hard earned cash.
So, I picked up...
♥ Cupcake Face Mask- I have wanted to try this for a while and after reading a review that sang its praises I decided I'd give it a whirl. I'm going to be honest about the scent, I'm not a fan, however it isn't by any means bad- just not to my cup of tea. I have used it a few times and have noticed the day after use, my skin has looked clearer so it was still worth buying :)
♥ Lip Service Lip Balm- I had this lip balm a while back and had forgotten how fab it is! I suffer from very sore, dry lips (especially in winter) and this is the only balm that will soften and rejuvenate them.
♥ Volcano Foot Mask- This is another one with an 'iffy' scent but I can say it is a very fitting scent for feet. I used this after a long day at work and it was bliss- it was tingly and cooling and when I rinsed it off, my feet felt so soothed.
♥ Helping Hands Hand Cream- This one doesn't really have a scent it's quite neutral. I found this was one of the best hand creams I've ever used. It cured my cracked hands overnight (literally) I put this on and some cotton gloves and leave it on overnight- but it sinks in really fast so could be used on the go too. A little goes a long was and to round it up in one- it's fab!
And the 3 freebies I received were- Fair Trade Foot Lotion, Gorgeous Face Moisturizer and Lemmony Flutter Cuticle Butter.

This is such a great haul! It made me realize how bad I want to buy lush products. I've literally never been able to remember to go and get some lush things or even buy them online. Haha. I have such a poor memory. By the way it has been forever since I posted and I haven't been able to post much less read your posts, but I'm so thrilled to have finally be able to see this post. Great post as usual Georgia!! So happy I found your blog to follow!!
ReplyDeleteI really want to grab my hands on a few lush products, most definitely the moisturizers and face masks!

So many LUSH products I want to try! That foot mask seems like it would be so helpful for me, esp since we walk everywhere here in NYC. I def want to try that hand cream, too!!
